4 Week Barbell Basics Course
We will spend 90 minutes each week going through the 3 power lifts in detail.
Week 1 - Squats
Week 2 - Bench
Week 3 - Deadlift
Week 4 - SBD
Together we will work through the movement and technique of each lift for you to exucte efficiantly. Alongside this, help identify weaknesses/ areas of improvent and give you the knowldge to be able to assess your lifts yourself.
The course will provide you with mobiility, warm up and stretching drills to put yourself in the best position for lifting. Nutritional guidance will be included to aid your recovery.
This is open to beginners through to advanced lifters.
